At ART MKQ, we strive to provide the best experience with our online art courses, workshops, and artwork sales. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Online Courses & Workshops

Cancellation by User

• Before Access is Granted:
  • You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided course materials have not been accessed.
  • Submit requests via email to me@artmkq.com with your order number.
• After Access is Granted:
  • No refunds once course materials are viewed or downloaded.
  • Live Workshops: No refunds if canceled less than 48 hours before the session.

Cancellation by ART MKQ

• If a course/workshop is canceled by us, you will receive:
  • A full refund within 7 business days, or
  • Option to transfer enrollment to another course.

2. Artwork Purchases

• Cancellations:
  • Only allowed if the order is not yet shipped. Email us within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds for Damaged Goods:
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
  • Refund or replacement offered after verification.
• Returns: Not accepted for artworks unless damaged (see above).

3. Refund Process

• Timing: Processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Razorpay Transactions: Refunds will reflect in your account per your bank’s processing time (typically 3-5 days).
• Partial Refunds: May apply if only part of a bundled course is canceled.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Digital Downloads: PDFs, video previews, or free resources.
• Completed Services: One-on-one coaching sessions attended.

5. How to Request a RefundEmail me@artmkq.com with:

• Your full name and order number.
• Reason for cancellation/refund.
• For artworks: Attach images of damage (if applicable).
