At ART MKQ, we carefully package and ship original artworks worldwide. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, costs, and delivery process for your orders.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all countries unless restricted by customs regulations.
2. Processing Time
- Artworks: Processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Digital Products (Courses/PDFs): Instant access via email after purchase.

Note: Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and artwork size.
- Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
- Track via the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Customs & Import Fees
- International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees.
- ART MKQ cannot predict or reimburse these charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Artwork: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork at me@artmkq.com. We will replace or refund.
- Lost Shipments: Report after 15 days from the estimated delivery date for investigation.
8. Returns & Exchanges
- Original Artworks: No returns unless damaged in transit (see above).
- Prints/Reproductions: Case-by-case basis (contact us within 7 days of delivery).
